5.4 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of phlov3's business assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. phlov3 will notify you of any such transfer through a platform notice and will ensure continuity of privacy protections.

phlov3 is strictly an adults-only platform for persons aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age. If we become aware that a phlov3 account has been created by or for a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the account, delete the associated personal data to the extent legally permissible, and may notify relevant authorities in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. phlov3 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, platform features, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email notification sent to the address on file, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
