Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by phlov3. By accessing the phlov3 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including pending withdrawals.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. phlov3 is not liable for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate registration details. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly when it changes.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. You represent that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. phlov3 operates under PAGCOR licensing for the Philippine market. Players located outside the Philippines must independently verify the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before using phlov3.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlov3 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 All activity conducted through your phlov3 account — including all deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact phlov3 support immediately via [email protected].
3.3 phlov3 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and, optionally, two-factor authentication (2FA) to help protect member accounts. These measures are supplementary to, and do not replace, your own responsibility for account security.
Important: phlov3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your phlov3 password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlov3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. phlov3 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on phlov3 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and any amount submitted may be returned, less any applicable third-party fees.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification. phlov3 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. This may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the specified period may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Processing times vary by payment method and member VIP tier. Standard processing may take up to three (3) business days. Diamond VIP members may receive instant processing subject to verification completion. phlov3 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions, including banks and e-wallet providers.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. phlov3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds (less any transfer fees) without crediting the phlov3 account.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phlov3 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the Current Offers page.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified per promotion. phlov3 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where it determines that bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements have occurred.
5.3 phlov3 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ongoing promotions are not contractual entitlements and may be adjusted to comply with regulatory requirements or for operational reasons.

6.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes on non-live games are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) in real time and are subject to regulatory studio oversight.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failures, disconnections, or game software errors — all affected bets may be deemed void and stakes returned. phlov3's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 phlov3 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed under system malfunction, or placed at odds or terms that were published due to manifest error. "Manifest error" means an obvious and undeniable error, such as a live line published with an incorrect decimal.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlov3 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
All content on the phlov3 platform — including but not limited to software, code, game assets, graphics, logos, marketing materials, text, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of phlov3 or its licensors. No part of the phlov3 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of phlov3.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlov3 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
9.2 phlov3 provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the phlov3 wallet (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member via their most recently verified payment method within a reasonable period.
11.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phlov3 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules before the balance is returned.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to phlov3 customer support for resolution. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
phlov3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on record at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the phlov3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
